1. Non-Food Vendors are responsible for the necessary licenses and permits if required for their products. *City of Show Low Business licenses are not required for this special event
2. Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of appropriate state, county and city taxes.
3. Vendors may arrive after 7 am on Saturday and be SET UP TO SELL NO LATER than 10:30 am the day of the event. Friday setup is available 9 am to 4 pm with overnight security.
4. Tear-downs will not be permitted until the conclusion of the event at 9 pm.
