Main Street Farmers Market

Welcome to the Best Market in the Arizona White Mountains.

Open every Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm  

Opening on May 16th through September 19th 2026

New Location near the Show Low Library parking lot, near 9th St and Huning.


We have many vendors that fill our market with regionally grown plant starts, meats, eggs, fruits, vegetables, honey, jams, jellies, baked goods, and a variety of other wonderful food products and concessionaries. 

We have Arizona, arts & crafts, soaps, candles, pet products, CBD products, pottery, birdhouses, and jewelry galore.


So mark it on your calendar and join us for the best market in the Arizona White Mountains. 


Located in downtown Show Low between Hall st and Hunning St.

Vendor Information & Application

Vendors: please visit our Vendor Application page to submit your application.

If you are a grower, prepared food vendor, artist, or crafter — we welcome you to apply and be part of the market.

The Vendor Application & Waiver is available on our website. Once approved, payment can be submitted via provided square link.


Important Notes

  • This is an application-based market
  • Approval does not guarantee a booth space until payment is received
  • Vendors are only confirmed once paid and placed on the official Market Map
  • All sales are final — no refunds


Seasonal Vendor Option

Seasonal spaces are assigned based on availability at the time of full-season payment.

  • Full Season (20 weeks): $350
  • Equivalent to $17.50 per Saturday
  • Seasonal vendors receive a reserved space on the Market Map

This is the best option for consistent exposure and building your customer base throughout the season.


Flexible / Fill-In Vendor Option

If you are unable to commit to the full season, we offer a Fill-In Vendor option for those who would like to participate on select Saturdays.

  • Submit your Vendor Application as normal
  • Indicate your availability for specific dates
  • Approved vendors will be invoiced for the dates requested
  • Once payment is received, you will be added to the Market Map for those dates

Please note:

  • Fill-in spaces are limited and based on availability
  • Priority placement is given to seasonal vendors
  • Dates are only secured once payment is completed
  • All standard market rules and policies apply
  • All sales are final — no refunds

This option is ideal for vendors who want flexibility while still being part of the market throughout the season.


Attendance Policy

If you are unable to attend a market date:

  • You must notify market@showlowmainstreet.org in advance
  • Your absence will be recorded in the Seasonal Vendor Vacation Log
  • A fill-in vendor may be assigned at the market’s discretion

Failure to notify:

  • 2 or more unexcused absences may result in removal from the market
  • Removal will be without refund

Our goal is to maintain a full and consistent market each week, so communication is critical.

  • All vendors must be approved prior to participating

Fill-In Weekly Vendors (If Space is Available)

If you’d like to participate on a part-time or occasional basis, you may apply as a Fill-In Vendor.

  • Submit a Vendor Application to be placed on file 
  • Once approved, contact:

    to check availability for specific Saturday dates 

Fill-In spaces are offered based on Seasonal Vendor absences and overall market availability. Placement is not guaranteed.

Pricing:
$25 per Saturday for one 10×10 space

Entertainers

 Are you an  entertainer or do you know of any entertainers who’d like to perform at the Market?  Send them our way and have them fill out the “Contact us” form —  we are always excited about entertainers that view our market as a great advertising opportunity and enjoy giving back to the community while getting noticed in the local scene. Each Saturday has two time frames for performances.
